The Sleep Doctor – Dr. Guy Meadows (PhD) believes that everyone is a great sleeper we’ve just forgotten how to sleep. With that in mind, he is offering a FREE Insomnia Prevention class, at no charge, to our clients and the general public.
This 1.5 hour class will give you the chance to understand why sleep is so important for your health and learn about everything you can do to promote a great night’s sleep. If you are thinking of doing Guy’s successful 6 Week Insomnia Prevention Plan then it will be a great time to meet him in person and ask any questions about the programme.
