Now I sleep well most of the time and just have the occasional night of poor sleep. Guy really helped - not just in substantially improving my sleep but in fundamentally changing my attitude towards sleeping and, in more subtle ways, helping me to see my life differently. I use the “struggle switch” a lot! On top of that I really enjoyed my sessions with Guy.
