2 Day Workshop in the Body and Soul section of The Saturday Times

I am pleased to announce that the London Insomnia Clinic’s first Two Day Insomnia Prevention Workshop run by myself made its way into the Body and Soul section of the The Saturday Times newspaper on the 13th June 2009.
