The Sleep Doctor – Dr. Guy Meadows (PhD) believes that everyone is a great sleeper we’ve just forgotten how to sleep. With that in mind, he is offering a FREE Insomnia Prevention class, at no charge, to our clients and the general public.
This 1.5 hour class will give you the chance to understand why sleep is so important for your health and learn about everything you can do to promote a great night’s sleep. PLEASE CAN YOU HELP I CANT SLEEP THE LAST TIME A HAD A GOOD NIGHTSLEEP WAS ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO I DO SLEEP BUT FOUR ABOUT 20 MINS NOT MORE THAN THAT BUT NOW IT IS GETTING IN THE WAY OF MY MARRIEND LIFE CAN YOU HELP I AM 44 YEARS OLD AND HAVE THREE KIDS

Thank you for your post. The London Insomnia Clinic speciliases in preventing insomnia and helping people like yourself to get a good nights sleep every night.
My advice to you if you live in London is to attend one of my free insomnia prevention classes where you can learn everything that you need to do to get a good nights sleep. The London Insomnia Clinic is also holding an open evening tonight (Thursday 12th Feb 09) from 6 till 9pm where there will be a insomnia question and answer session that you are more than welcome to join.
If this is not possible you can also do one of my highly successful insomnia prevention plans. Since you have had your insomnia for 4 years I would suggest doing my 6 Week Insomnia Prevention Plan as this will help to undo any unhelpful beliefs that you may have about your sleep that could be preventing you from actually sleeping. I am also running a 2 Day Insomnia Prevention workshop on March 7th and 14th 2009 which will cover everything on the 6 week plan except at a reduced cost.
